Hi
Barbie,
Just want to tell you that I'm tremendously enjoying both "Thin
and Trim for Life" and "Your Natural State of Joy." I find both
programs are having a great effect on my outlook, and that my
outlook is beginning to effect my actions.
One great thing about these programs is that they are so easy to
use - just click and enjoy! Even if I'm groggy in the morning,

I have been
watching the weight loss program for a few weeks now and have lost
about 6 lbs. The exercise portions prompted me to do more walking,
my favorite kind of exercise.
I
love listening to the music accompanying all the slide shows and
just hearing it makes me feel trim and happy. After watching it in
the evening, I feel relaxed and do not wish to eat anything before
retiring.

It was always a hassle to exercise. Now, at 38, I have finally
started a walking program where I aim for 290 minutes a week.
That is totally foreign to me. But I found myself now looking
forward to my walks (most of the time) and I actually feel
guilty if I don't exercise. There are not many days when I don't
exercise any more.
I even plan on continuing to walk while on a
cruise I am taking in less than a week. This is coming from
someone who's really struggled with weight and exercise, and I
feel like I am finally getting it. I also feel tons better about
myself, more energetic and not so sleepy and tired all the time.
I also see my attitudes toward food shifting. I used to
constantly think about food and that has disappeared! I even
forgot to eat one day until I felt hunger pangs and then I had
to stop and even think about what I actually had eaten that day.
That has NEVER happened to me before.
I am even getting past the
point where I have to have at least one sweet every day. I pass
the "good stuff" in the store and it doesn't even phase me any
more. I am more able to stop eating before I get full because I
don't want that awful bloated feeling.
I am not dieting. I am just letting these changes slowly make their
way - right now it's almost effortless. This is also coming from
someone who thought about food ALL THE TIME. This is such a switch
for me that I don't even recognize myself sometimes. And it's all
happened since I starting viewing the presentations.
